How quickly can a courier leave?
That depends on the route, the flights and where the shipment is. Send the details and we will tell you the earliest departure that is realistic.
How much does it cost?
The price depends on distance, flights, the courier's travel and any customs or handling. You get a quote before anything is booked.
Do you handle customs?
Yes. We coordinate export and import clearance with brokers. You provide the commercial documents, and we tell you exactly which ones.
Can you carry dangerous goods?
Many regulated items, such as lithium batteries or some chemicals, can fly within airline limits when they are declared correctly. Tell us what it is and we will confirm what is possible.
What about temperature-sensitive shipments?
We use qualified cool boxes and can add a data logger. Tell us the temperature range and how long it must hold.
How do I know where my shipment is?
You get an update at every milestone, from pickup to delivery, in local time and Brussels time. You can call or message us at any moment.
Do you work with freight forwarders?
